C&G Consulting has a career opening for an IT expert to work with small business clients.
Does this sound like you? You relish relieving business owners from the stress of IT in their business. You are comfortable in a fast-paced environment. You effortlessly switch gears between technical communications and business owner communications. You possess the confidence to act as the primary contact with a business owner or manager.
You have 5+ years experience in IT, Microsoft MCP certification (or even better, MCSE certification) in the Windows 2003 track, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and experience supporting Microsoft Small Business Server 2003.
Your duties will include adapting to new software and situations, maintaining thorough technical documentation, managing schedule/balancing help desk and project work, cross selling products and services, contributing to ongoing improvement of internal systems and procedures, reliable follow up, and excellent customer service.
C&G Consulting's office is conveniently located in Waukesha off Hwy 94, in the center of our SE Wisconsin market. We have an 11 year history in IT services and a 61 year history in professional business services for small and medium business owners. Our compensation package includes health insurance and sales commissions.
